Accounting Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle general accounting functions including day to day operations
  • Handle customer/vendor settlement
  • Monitor and maintain general ledger, Account Receivable, Account Payable; cash inflow and outflow
  • Perform daily accounting routines such as handling invoices, payments, receipts & posting
  • Perform month end financial accounting and control procedures including month end closings
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above in Accounting/Finance or other business discipline

Client Onboarding Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute account opening and client onboarding processes, including data collection, recording and tracking of outstanding documentations for institutional clients
  • Review and validate the information on the documents submitted
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks including KYC matters, review and preparation of reports, and maintenance of deal administration file and billing
  • Work closely with traders and business development managers to drive the onboarding process and enhance client experience
  • Monitor and continuously improve onboarding process
  • Handle office administration work for the team

Compliance Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure company policies, internal control procedures & manuals are up-to-date with regulatory requirements and monitor adherence with these policies
  • Check and approve AML / KYC due diligence assessments on new client onboarding and conduct transaction monitoring for AML
  • Assist with client profile update based on information collected by internal source and public platform
  • Act as an internal control function to conduct risk assessment
  • Ensure the business and operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop training materials and coordinate compliance / AML training
  • Carry out compliance work on the company’s operations & systems and prepare reports for management decisions.
  • Respond to enquiries from regulatory bodies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law/Accounting/Finance or other business discipline
  • 4 to 5 years of experiences in client onboarding/CDD/KYC roles; candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Compliance Manager role
  • Client onboarding & AML experiences with Financial Institutions would be highly preferable
  • Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment, discretion, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong command in English & Cantonese

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital marketing campaign strategy, planning & execution:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Own and drive innovative marketing experimentation through testing, creative iteration, including funnels, popups, landing pages and A/B-tests as well as different growth hacking strategies
