Application Developer

The ANX Exchange Service team is seeking a passionate and seasoned full stack developer with experience developing blockchain and web service with micro-services architecture, knowledge of building modular and responsive web UIs and application to help us build the next version of white-label exchange platform. You will be working on a world-class product that used worldwide by professional for secured crypto-trading platform.

You will work with some of best and brightest minds and have fun doing it!

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience designing, developing and debugging web applications.
  • Solid grasp of architectural design patterns particularly as it applies to scaling web services.
  • Experience working with Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC frameworks to build lightweight web services.
  • Experience developing clean REST APIs that serve JSON formatted responses using libraries such as Jackson or Google Gson.
  • Experience working with Hibernate and SQL/NoSQL databases namely MySQL and Infux DB.
  • Experience developing enterprise systems that leverage RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka and/or other scalable message broker/queues.
  • Experience leveraging various unit and system-level test utilities and harnesses to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Fierce belief in the principals of continuous integration and failing fast.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment. Able to break broad Epics into predictable User Stories in a team setting

What Would be Really Nice:

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with AngularJS, React Native and/or other JavaScript frameworks
  • Knowledgeable about various JavaScript testing utilities and frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, or Karma
  • Experience developing a Commercial Enterprise product
  • Familiarity leveraging NGINX, Apache web servers or other lightweight web servers as load balancers and reverse proxies.
  • Experience working with WebSockets and the STOMP messaging protocol.
  • Knowledgeable about things like side-loading data in JSON responses and the JSONAPI.
  • Familiar with IP networking concepts. Domain knowledge of the information security industry is a big plus.

Requirements:

Customer Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support for all of our customers, ensuring that inquiries are responded to in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and follow up customers enquiries by emails / phone calls
  • Process KYC verifications for End Users and other data entry duties
  • Provide face-to-face training for customers who visit our headquarter to perform product demonstrations
  • Assist in the creation of support documentation, such as FAQ's and product material
  • Assist in establishing new procedures and workflow practices to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above
  • Over 1 year of experience in a customer support role

Full Stack Developer

IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare test case and test plans
  • Execute UAT and prepare UAT test results
  • Liaise and follow up on resolutions with development team
  • Help prepare System User Manuals
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested

  • Around 2 years of UAT experience is preferred but not essential

Lead, Cards and Payments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the CEO
  • Work independently to partner and engage with payment technology services provider (PSP) to develop ANX digital asset payment products.
  • Identify opportunities and define product requirements, features and revenue model.
  • Build product roadmap and fully accountable for overall product P&L.
  • Responsible for product UI, UX and project management.
  • Work with external stakeholders and internal technology team on product delivery.
  • Identify target market segments and conduct market research for the payment product.
  • Support sales team for customer acquisition and implementation.
  • Closely work with internal marketing team on product promotion strategy.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on payment products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with around 5 years of relevant experience
  • Industry connection is an advantage.
  • Must be able to demonstrate solid understanding and familiarity with card / mobile payment product development.
  • Ability to communicate with a team of senior functional experts
  • Stay abreast of market updates. Ability to translate market needs to business requirements and technical assessments

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
  • Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences

  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data

Senior Associate (Business Advisory And Consulting Services)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participates in client meetings and site visits with C-levels and Executives
  • Works on complex business projects which might results in process change including operational improvement initiatives, acquisition integration divestiture carve outs, process related activities.
  • Organizes work product in a logical and understandable manner within defined timeframe and in accordance with Firm and regulatory and documentation standards.
  • Identify client issues/gaps and proactively develop solutions and recommendations for them.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects, tracking budgets and expenses, execution of timely deliverables and managing change

Minimum Requirements:
